FAQ's
The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 5 and, only those people named on the booking form can stay.
Once you have decided to stay a booking deposit (25% of holiday cost) is payable within 7 days of the provisional booking. Once the deposit has been paid in full and the funds have cleared your holiday is secured.
The balance of your holiday is due 8 weeks before your stay.
Every effort will be made to have the property available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided once full payment has been received.
Please leave by 10am on the day of departure. Late departure will result in an additional charge being made. Information about keys and how to collect them will be provided once full payment has been received.
At the end of the holiday we ask that the cottage is left in a clean and tidy condition. We do retain the right to make an additional charge for cleaning should it not be left in a similar condition to the way it was found at the start of the holiday. Please treat the cottage as you would your own home.
Yes, it is £125 payable 8 weeks before your holiday.
Your breakage deposit, minus any deductions, will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure.
Cancellation of your booking should be made in writing for the attention of Julia Hunter and emailed to : hello@norfolkcoastline.co.uk We will attempt to re-let the cottage and if we can, a discretionary payment may be returned to you. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance to protect yourself in the event of you needing to cancel.

If you don't pay the deposit or balance of the holiday by the date that it is due it will be mean that you have cancelled your stay. Please be sure to note the due dates of payments as reminders are not routinely issued.
Yes, you certainly may! However your beloved pooch must be house trained and only 1 dog is allowed, unless previously agreed (otherwise a breach of contract will be deemed to have taken place).
Yes, but If you do, please make sure that the sofas are covered with the fleeces provided. This ensures non doggy people will still love our cottage as much as you do. Dogs are absolutely NOT allowed on the beds.
No. Your dog must NOT be left unaccompanied in the property at ANY time.
You are liable for all damage caused by your dog or any dog belonging to the your party. A charge will be made for any additional cleaning required. We cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury to your dog during your stay.
We try hard to make sure your stay with us is memorable for all the right reasons. Sometimes things do go wrong, and in this situation you must let us know as soon as possible, so that we can try to correct the problem. Please let us know if you are unhappy about something and we will make every endeavour to rectify any identified problems as soon as is reasonably possible.
Accidents happen, but please let us know if anything has been damaged or broken before you depart . We do retain the right to make an additional charge for damage and breakages, but this is entirely at our discretion (minor breakages and reasonable wear and tear will not be charged for).
You will be asked to pay the full holiday cost at the time of booking if your stay is in less than 8 weeks time.
